Shares of LOM Financial gained ground on high volume in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.

The investment firm climbed five cents, or 1.8 per cent, to close on a new 52-week high of $2.80 as 80,000 shares changed hands.

LOM was the only stock to trade on the BSX.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained 0.31 of a point to close on 2,222.9.

Trading turnover on the BSX totalled $224,000.
