Almost $140,000 worth of shares changed hands on The Royal Gazette/BSX, but there was no change to the closing price of the four active stocks.

A total of 6,500 shares of LOM Financial Ltd, 2,600 shares of BF&M Ltd, 2,100 of Butterfield Bank, and 1,200 of Somers Ltd, were traded.

While in New York, shares of Butterfield Bank were down 34 cents, or 1.26 per cent, at $26.58.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was static at 1,914.38, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 53.69 points, or 3.1 per cent, at 1,676.95.
