Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd gained 11.7 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.A total of 18,400 of the insurer’s shares changed hands as it climbed 30 cents to close on $2.86.Ascendant Group Ltd saw 82 shares trade and closed unchanged on $30.Butterfield Bank also closed unchanged on $29.75 as eight of its shares traded. The bank’s US-listed shares tumbled $1.31, or 4.52 per cent, to close on $27.68 on the New York Stock Exchange.The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained six points, or 0.3 per cent, to close on 2,037.85. It was a positive end to a grim week for the index, which fell 182.65 points, or nearly 9 per cent, over the five days of trading, reflecting hefty weekly falls for Butterfield, down 11.2 per cent, and Argus, down 7.7 per cent, as well as Ascendant, down 3.2 per cent.
