Shares of insurers BF&M Ltd and Argus Group Holdings Ltd fell in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.Argus fell seven cents, or 2.7 per cent, to a 52-week low of $2.56 as 10,000 shares changed hands. BF&M slipped 30 cents, or 1.6 per cent, to close on $17.95 as 15,300 shares traded.US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank had another grim day on Wall Street. The bank slid $2.21, or 10.4 per cent, to close on $19.01, as 339,713 shares traded. The Royal Gazette/BSX Index fell 3.7 points, or 0.21 per cent, to close on 1,787.56.The BSX Insurance Insurance Index nosedived, falling 155.93 points, or 10.56 per cent, to close on 1,320.01, as fears grow over exposures to potential reinsurance claims arising from coronavirus-related economic disruption.
