Supreme Court murder mistrial

The Supreme Court trial of a man accused of murdering Perry Puckerin Jr has ended in a mistrial.

Jeremiah Dill, 34, had denied charges of premeditated murder and using a firearm to kill Mr Puckerin, who was fatally shot in Hamilton Parish Workman’s Club in January 2010.

The trial ended last Friday and it is understood the case will be brought back before the courts.

Mr Dill was remanded in custody.
