A man has denied two counts of drug possession.

Taureem O’Connor, 27, from Hamilton Parish, pleaded not guilty to having 14.19 grams of cannabis resin and 27.43 grams of cannabis on December 28 last year.

Magistrates’ Court heard that the alleged drugs haul had a street value of $2,000.

Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe released Mr O’Connor on $3,000 bail and adjourned the case until July 8.
