A 28-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to four sex assaults on a girl aged under 14.The man, from Smith’s, is alleged to have committed the offences on April 8 and 9 in Devonshire.The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday to face the charges.Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe released the man on $10,000 bail and adjourned the case until November 25.He ordered the man to stay away from his alleged victim and observe a 9pm to 6am curfew.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding court cases.
