A 36-year-old man denied a sex assault from 18 years ago.The Warwick man, pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a woman on an unknown date in April 2002 in Warwick.The man and the alleged victim cannot be identified for legal reasons.Magistrate Craig Attridge adjourned the case until January 27 and released the man on $3,000 bail with the condition that he stay away from the alleged victim.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding criminal court cases.
