Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe adjourned the case until August 6. It was alleged in Magistrates’ Court on July 15 that Mr Muhammad attempted “unlawfully to cause the death of” Kenneth Wade on June 13.He was also charged with using a firearm in an indictable offence.Mr Muhammad faced alternative charges that he unlawfully shot Mr Wade “with intent to do him some grievous bodily harm” and that he used a firearm in an indictable offence — “the shooting with intent” of Mr Wade.He did not enter a plea because the case must be heard in the Supreme Court.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding criminal court cases.
