A 17-year-old male arrested in connection with the theft of a handbag from a 52-year-old female Canadian visitor’s rental scooter basket has been released on police bail, pending further inquiries.

The incident happened in the Horseshoe Bay Beach car park, Southampton, about 12.15pm last Friday.
