An off-duty police officer injured in a motorcycle crash remains in critical condition in hospital, police said yesterday.

The 22-year-old, who has not been named, was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Crow Lane, Pembroke, at about 2.45am on Sunday.

The officer is being treated in intensive care at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash.
