Pointless exercise

Dear Sir,

I am beyond frustrated and wonder if there are others out there going through the same thing. HSBC has changed from Mastercard to Visa and the card number has been changed.

I have tried everything ó every number, even a written letter to the bank ó because my new card number does not work on the HSBC rewards programme, yet my husbandís card does.

How hard can it be to get my new number on the rewards site? Iím starting to think Butterfield Bank would do a better job with its clients.

Is there anyone out there who can help me?
