Unrepresentative of the Constitution

Dear Sir,

According to section 26 of the Bermuda Constitution Order 1968 it clearly states:

There shall be a Legislature for Bermuda which shall consist of Her Majesty, a Senate and a House of Assembly.

On ZBM’s main 7pm television news on Monday, reference was made to a House of Representatives.

I’m acutely aware that they experienced some audio problems with two of their stories, but was my hearing impaired?

Was the said Constitution amended and when?
