Dear Sir,

In May 2018, my attorneys filed, on my behalf, documents to be served overseas.

To date, despite three letters addressed to the Registrar of the Supreme Court inquiring about the status of service, I have heard nothing back on the matter — not even acknowledgement of the receipt of such documents.

I say this to vent the depth of my displeasure at the unsatisfactory efforts, which, from what I have learnt, are attributable to some extent to the shortage of staff and/or inexperience.

This matter is of grave concern and should be addressed expeditiously so that the populace would continue to have confidence in the system.
