Dear Sir,

Driving in Bermuda at night can be a scary business. The very bright white lights on some oncoming cars and trucks are completely blinding.

With narrow roads, pedestrians and bike riders in black clothes, these lights appear to create unnecessary risks for all on the road.

My first recommendation would be to make them illegal here.

A second choice could be for the Transport Control Department to monitor these lights and ensure that the angles of their beams are downward.

This will not solve this problem completely, but may help.
