Dear Sir,As many viewers know, the size of the television screen on local channels ZBM-9 and ZFB-7 has been reduced by a black border.It is only the two local channels that are affected by this problem. Having called One Communications for an explanation and receiving no clarification as to when this will end, I thought it was time for a Letter to the Editor. An explanation has been offered by Bermuda Broadcasting occasionally, during the evening news broadcasts.It seems to be an ongoing “situation” between Bermuda Broadcasting and One.We would like our screen size back to where it belongs. If this matter is not resolved, will the screen size continue to be reduced until there is no picture and just audio?Perhaps the size of our monthly payments should also be reduced in size.
