A professional cleaning and restoration business has expanded its services by opening a sister company that caters to specialised residential and commercial cleaning.

KAM Restoration/Cleaning Solutions has also relocated from its original base in Mill Creek Road, Pembroke to a new home on Reid Street, Hamilton.

Founder Mike Medeiros said the sister company, KAM Custom Cleaning Services, will be based in the same building.

Dennis Fortuna joins the business, bringing a wealth of experience in the Bermuda cleaning sector.

“We hired Mr Fortuna to manage this new company,” Mr Medeiros said. “Dennis’s reputation for cleaning in Bermuda speaks for itself and we are very proud to expand our quality services.”

KAM Restoration/Cleaning Solutions specialises in many types of restoration from natural stone to diamond polishing, and from exterior pool deck restoration to power washing.

The company, which was founded by Mr Medeiros in the summer of 2015, has a total of five employees.

“We are proud to have an all-Bermudian staff and we believe in equal opportunity and to invest in Bermudians,” Mr Medeiros said.

The owner appreciates all the support he has received from the community and the customers over the years.

“Personally, it is a dream come true for me to have started a business from absolutely nothing to now have staff, vans, and to be as busy as we are each day. I believe in hard work and it is really starting to pay off.”
