Hamilton road closures from today through Monday for the Bermuda Heroes Weekend mean that some inbound buses will have to take alternate routes.

A Department of Public Transportation spokesman said that from 5.30am on Friday to 6am on Saturday, incoming buses from the west would travel via Spurling Hill, Reid Street, Court Street and Victoria Street into Central Terminal.

Outbound buses will remain on route. Between 6am on Monday and 2am Tuesday buses servicing the west, and route 3, will use the same route both inbound and outbound.

Buses servicing the eastern routes will remain as scheduled — except route 3.

The DPT apologised for any inconvenience.
