The popular Monday night event Destination Dockyard has been cancelled today due to the weather, the organisers said.

Stephanie Rodill, the West End Development Corporation’s Marketing and Events Manager, said: “We are very disappointed to have to cancel but we cannot change the weather.

“Destination Dockyard runs until August 26, every Monday night from 6.30pm to 9.30pm on the North Lawn, so there is still a chance for people to come and experience this event which has some great entertainment and vendors.”
