Units at the Bermudiana Beach Resort condo-hotel project are now on sale.A spokeswoman for the Bermudiana Development Company Ltd said in a statement this afternoon the condos are for sale on a 999-year leasehold basis.Under the terms of the lease, owners are able to occupy them for up to 90 days each year.The spokeswoman said: “Buyers at Bermudiana Beach Resort will have access to upscale on-property amenities, including a clifftop infinity pool and bar, a restaurant, a spa, a hotel reception area and additional swimming pool for children. “A two-car funicular elevator will take guests to the immaculate and secluded pink sand beach below.
