Tennis returns at Fairmont Southampton

Sport made a return to Bermuda for the first time since the Covid-19 outbreak with a tennis tournament at the Fairmont Southampton.The MTM Covid Championships, approved by Government and the Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association, got under way at the weekend.More than 50 players in three divisions will take part in the competition this week.Social distancing measures are being enforced.Bermudians taking part include Tariq Simons, the No 1 seed, Gavin Manders, Trey Mallory, Jovan Whitter, Scott Redmond, Mackai Whitter, Luke Stirling and Katerina Filip.• For more details, e-mail Info@mtm.bm
