The Government has detailed Covid-19 safety precautions for residents who return from overseas.
All travellers will have to complete a travel authorisation process online and pay a $75 fee to cover the cost of a Covid test.
They must also wear face masks on their way to the airport and in the terminal and keep a safe distance from other people.
They were also advised to pack a thermometer.
Bermuda residents can — but are not required — to get an RT-PCR coronavirus test before they came back.
All passengers should wear a mask in flight and practice social-distancing on board.
Residents and visitors aged over 10 must take a coronavirus test on arrival at the airport.
Anyone aged 17 or over must take a RT-PCR test, but those between the ages of 10 and 17 can take a saliva test instead.
Travellers will be required to self-isolate at home after arrival.
If they have provided evidence of a clear test taken five days or fewer before travel, they must remain in self-isolation until they get an all-clear from the airport test.
The results are expected to be available between six and eight hours after the test in most cases.
If no pre-travel clear test result is available, residents must self-quarantine for three days, when they will be tested again.
If the result is clear, they will be allowed to leave quarantine.
Residents must continue to wear face masks and use social-distancing after they are released from self-quarantine.
They must also take their temperature twice a day and report the results online.
Returned residents will have to take further coronavirus tests on Day 3, Day 7 and Day 14.
If a result is positive, Covid-19 symptoms develop or it is discovered they have had close contact with an infected person, they will be isolated at home for up to 14 days.
Those who have the coronavirus, or people who health authorities believe could be positive, will be fitted with an electronic bracelet to monitor their quarantine.
Anyone who refuses a test will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days.
They will be offered another test at the end of quarantine and, if the result is clear, they will be released from self-quarantine.
But if they refuse the test, they will be ordered to self-quarantine for a further 14 days.
