Neil Lee-Amies has joined Hamilton Underwriting Limited as head of treaty. Hamilton Underwriting is the managing agency of Syndicate 3334 and the Lloyd’s operations of Hamilton Insurance Group.

Mr Lee-Amies will report to active underwriter Miles Osorio. Mr Osorio and Adrian Daws succeeded Trevor Carvey as active underwriter following his resignation in February.

Mr Lee-Amies brings more than 30 years’ broking and underwriting experience to his new role. He comes to Hamilton Underwriting Limited from Chubb Insurance Company where he has been employed for nearly 11 years, most recently as head of marine and energy treaty for Chubb Tempest Re following the takeover of Chubb by Ace Limited.
