XL Catlin has scored a hat-trick of successes in JD Power’s annual study of large commercial insurance companies. For a third consecutive year, the company has been ranked top for overall customer satisfaction, edging out the likes of AIG, Chubb, and Travelers.

In the JD Power 2018 Large Commercial Insurance Study, XL Catlin had excellent ratings for service information, programme offerings, pricing, billing processing and claims.

Greg Hendrick, chief executive of Axa XL, of which XL Catlin is a part, said: “It’s a hat-trick. For the third straight year, our clients have acknowledged our customer-focused approach and our commitment to delivering innovative insurance products and services.”

The study provides an independent measure of overall satisfaction among large commercial insurance risk professionals in the United States and Canada. It is based on 1,659 evaluations from risk professionals.
