Porsha Kimble, otherwise known at Your Cake Diva from The Food Network, shares tips and stories with the public today at the “Just Desserts” segment of the City Food Festival.
Ms Kimble, billed as a “cake maker to the stars”, is to call on the festival at 3pm.
She is a guest of Rosewood Bermuda this weekend, and yesterday worked with its food and beverage team there to create a Rosewood Bermuda Rum Cake.
Her recipe, especially made for this occasion, included Goslings Black Seal Rum. Ms Kimble presented the cake to Rosewood Bermuda executive chef Gerry Adams and managing director Paul Telford to mark the property’s recent “soft reopening” as part of its $25 million renovation.
